Compare And Contrast The Golden Curse And Can Money Buy Happiness
It Might seem Like “The Golden Curse” and “Can Money Buy Happiness” are very different stories. One is a myth while the other one is based off a true story. But if you look a little closer, both stories actually share a common theme. In both stories The author teaches us that how money can be a big impact on the world if it is spent nicely and shared with needy.
In “The Golden Curse” the author shows that one of the major problems in the play was when Midas greediness led him to turned everything into gold when he touched it. Because of this, Midas started to lose everything. His health was bad as his food was turned into gold whenever he touched it and he could not eat anything. His daughter turned into gold and people were scared of him.
