As individuals, the decisions we are compelled to make on a daily basis, challenge our moral values. Having a straight needle on one’s moral compass can be a true test of integrity. It differentiates right from wrong, and dictates when interference becomes necessary to do the right thing. The theme of our summer project is to ‘do the right thing’, and as part of the assignment, I read two books- The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime by Mark Haddon (required), and Going Bovine by Libba Bray (optional). Both books immediately grabbed me by the hand and took me into their worlds, impressing me with their plots and significance beyond the obvious

Whilst it does describe the protagonist Christopher Boone 's "reality", the narrative is much deeper.
