Secondly, In Texas standard of living increases because of a low cost of living. There is no personal and corporate income tax. That's the reason of less taxes than New Jersey. 7% of income can more be saved just moving to Texas. In New Jersey buying house is a dream, whereas in Texas real estates are cheaper. If one wants to start a new business they can easily start in Texas as its most developing state, less startup money and easy to find employees. Even prices of food, rent, health care are less expensive than in New Jersey. In New Jersey, traffic is extremely crazy whereas in Texas traffic and toll taxes are less, and roads are newly constructed.
