Improve and develop sale stuff within the company.

COMPANY OBJECTIVE:
A company objective is a goal or outcome an organization would like to achieve.
There are 3 types:
Non Financial:
Develop the company’s image in consumer’s mind
Bringing the good quality and favour to the consumers.
Expanding the number of jobs for employees.
Financial:
Develop profitability
Increase the net profit as percentage sale and percentage of investment.
Increase volume:
Improve the seasonal sales volume.
Expand the market share
Keep growing in sales
Developing the sales ranking in the market.
Short term Objectives: aggressive marketing strategy, Improve packaging and develop shelf presence.
Long term Objectives: product innovation

COMPETITORS:
One of the main competitors for Lipton in the world ice tea market is NESTLE REFRESHMENT COMPANY
Like Lipton-Unilever, Nestle Refreshment Company has co-operated with another soda manufacturer, Coca Cola, to form the Coca Cola/Nestle Refreshment Company (Sturdivant 1992). Nestle’s alliance with Coca Cola has the same purpose as the Unilever PepsiCo joint agreement: global distribution. They have two significant products: Nestea sweetened with natural lemon flavor and diet Nestea with natural lemon flavor.

INTERNAL ANALYSIS
In order for the strategic management process to begin, managers are required to conduct an internal analysis. This involves identifying the strengths and weaknesses, by analysing its competencies.

STRENGTHS:
Provide more nutrients in the form of natural extracts.
