Preface

The thesis is required to submit as a part of BBA program so that the participants may get practical exposure by using theoretical knowledge into real life situation. For this purpose I intend to work on the topic “overall Banking System of Rupali Bank Limited.

In this thesis I tried to find out the present financial performance of Rupali Bank Limited. On the basis of some years financial data and tried to make necessary recommendations according to them.

I enjoyed the whole venture, as it was an interesting one. It opened a new era of knowledge for me and helped me broad my field of knowledge.
