Communication Skills At Cango
. Communication has to be improved and maintained between managers and staff members if CanGo wants to continue with its progress. Poor decision-making and lack of communication skills has led to incomplete projects, unsure employees, lack of direction and deadlines. The staff members have had to work with very little information.
Lack of guidance has often led to missed deadlines, declining morale, and misguided spending. Once the communication skills are learned and used properly, it will make it easier for the staff to understand their tasks and they will be able to prioritize accordingly. Apart from communication skills, all staff members at CanGo should receive project management training. There are a number of examples of this software,
