Commemorative Speech Outline

First of all, before I start talking about my mom, I want to talk about mothers in general. Mom; the meaning of mother is the most important thing in the world. Giving a speech about mothers is impressive and exciting. Mother’s are really important for both man and woman. It’s important for man, because mothers are most likely what we love more than anything. It’s same for woman as well, however there is one more thing for them, which is becoming a mother. That’s why mothers are good object for speech.

My mother is Elif. She was born in Erzurum. When she was 7, she moved to the best city in Turkey - Istanbul. She met with my father when she was 14 and when my dad was 18. Actually it’s a good story, but I don’t have enough time for that. They met on my father’s birthday. However she was not in the birthday party. My father saw her after his party and suddenly fell in love with the most beautiful women in the world. She got married when she was 18. After 4 years she got married, she had the cutest baby, which is me.  My father didn’t have a big company at that time, however we were so happy as a family. 7 years after I was born, she got another baby. The baby was what made me a big brother, made me feel more responsible than I was before. It was the best present that she gave me. My mom is like my best friend. There is nothing that I cannot talk to her about. Every single time I needed someone to talk, she was always there and waiting for me. She thought me a lot. She thought me how to be respectful, patient, and careful. People who are teenagers are embarrassed when they are with their parents. Because they think their friends will judge them, and think about them like they are little children. It was never used to be like this for me. Moreover, I always wanted them right beside me. Every time my mother came to the high school I was going, I was so happy. And people were aware of it. Even my friends would come and say hi to my mother. They knew that I have a great relationship with my mom. When I was a little child, I thought I fell in love with a blonde girl, and my mom was the first person I told about it. I still remember the smile she made. I saw happiness in this smile. Even in my own language, it’s not possible to explain how important mothers are. And finally, my mom is the most valuable person in my life. It’s weird to celebrate mother’s day once a year. Because they deserve to be celebrated everyday in their life.

    Why I Love My Mother

    • 505 Words

The word “mother” means everything to me, because, as I remember, when I was little I would always be with my mom and she would always take care of me when I got sick; sometimes, when I had fever I kept crying like rain drops that never stopped. She taught me how to speak, read, and write sentences; and also taught me how to be a good person. When I did something wrong, she explained to me why I can’t do that. When I have problems with friends in school and I did not know who to talk with, she was the one whom I could open my heart and tell her how I felt. She told me how to solve these conflicts and pointed out how the conflicts started in the first place. Ever since I could remember, my mom is everything for me; doctor, teacher, friend, advisor, and many more.…
