Club Constitution for High School
(Club Name) Constitution
*Make your club constitution according to these guidelines. The Advisor and the Club President must sign the Club Constitution and turn it in to the SAC, along with the other signed documents, by September 27th by the end of the day.

Article I. NAME
Write your club name here and specify your specific chapter name, if applicable.

Article II. PURPOSE AND INVOLVMENT
The objectives and proposed membership should be discussed here. Make sure they are general and wide in scope. The purpose should show how the club would contribute to UHS and its theme “Connect”, by meeting either the social or vocational need of the student body.
Describe how you club will involve and affect the general school population. It should strive to positively impact our community either on or off campus.

Article III. ELIBILITY
Are there any prerequisites to joining your club? If so, explain them here. If your club membership is open, please state your open admission policy here.

Article IV. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Describe how the nomination and election process for officers will take place.

Article V. OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES
State and explain all of your board positions duties and responsibilities. Also explain your board selection and removal process.

Article VI. MEETINGS
Please describe what you plan to achieve during your meetings.

Article VII. FINANCES
Explain how your club treasurer will keep up to date with the student activities center and related paperwork.

Article VIII. OPEN-ENDED
This article can be used to dscuss any other aspect of your club, not covered in the first seven articles of this constitution.
* A club should have a 2/3 majority vote of the members present to amend its constitution. All amendments must be cleared through the club’s cabinet and reported to the Clubs
Commissioner via email.

    Compared to the beginning of the term, Enochs Key Club has become an exceptionally active club due to the hard work of all of its members, officers, and advisors.
