Communicating in a Close Relationship Ethics Statement

There are many considerations that can impact communication with others in close relationships.
I believe it all starts with authentic communication which refers to communication that is open and free from pretense. We expect our closest friends to be authentic, or "real" with us. It is because we are connecting with their true selves and we ourselves are also able to be our truest selves with them inside the friendship. The primary and most important thing that authentic communicators do is always allow others to speak.     When I start it attending this class I did not have a clue what personal ethics meant, but now after the nine weeks of me attending this class I have learned a lot of new things like the meaning of personal ethics. I consider myself a very responsible person for the age of 19. I think I became responsible a little faster than others my age because I started working since I was only 14 years old.
