Climate During The Jurassic Period

In the Jurassic Period the climate was tropic and the plant life was mostly tropical to subtropical. Global climate during the jurassic was pretty warm and moist over much of America, Eurasian, and Australia areas. Desert and seasonally wet conditions were present throughout much of Laurasia. Because of the climate there were no polar ice caps in this time period. The CO2 levels were a lot higher than they are to day. Unlike the triassic period which was hot and dry the jurassic period was more subtropic.
