Claudette Johnson Behavior Case Study
I would like to inform you all that Claudette Johnson was injured today during the shift. Claudette Johnson reported that when she took LOS of Oliver Quinn, Oliver Quinn requested to walk to Schoemaker. Claudette Johnson told Oliver Quinn that Schoemaker was not available due to the health sanitation. Oliver Quinn charged at Claudette Johnson and engaged in aggression such as biting. Claudette Johnson sustained an injury to the upper left arm as a result of Oliver Quinn’s behavior. Claudette Johnson is currently out for Saturday shift and she will go back on full duty on 8/15/16.
