Civil Rights And Civil Liberties Similarities
Civil Rights and Civil Liberties have some similarities, but they are different in their own ways. Civil Rights protects the rights of people from discrimination, while civil liberties protects people from undue government interference.

Civil liberties are freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution. Something created to limit the power of the federal government and protect citizens from infringement. For example, freedom of speech in the U.S. is a civil liberty because it restrains the government from telling its citizens what they can or can not do. Same goes for assembly, press, and religion, the government legally can not force any of these things on anyone. Many civil liberties are listed in the first ten amendments or the Bill
