Cicret was selected because it’s vision is to replace smartphone and tablet with a smart fashion wearable (smart bracelet) that is ethical compliant and works with various Apps including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchats and provides contactless payments with MasterCard, thereby offers smart wearable features and functions to create sustainable value for the stakeholders, particularly the customers and investors. The second company, OMsignal, was chosen because it’s vision is to create, develop, manufacture and market sensor embedded technology clothing that read body's deepest signals through mobile devices that captures deep and accurate body signals. The rationale behind selecting value creation theory is based on the companies that enjoy sustained success are typically founded on a coherent theory of value creation. All too often companies get into trouble when the stakeholders lose sight of the relevant theory, specifically related to value creation. The history of Cicret, OMsignal and Ringly, Inc provides case in point. The founders of these ventures have a very clear theory about how their company should create value, hence this essay is focused on the theme of value creation by the fashion creator and designers of EFSW companies. This shall help to prospect how the three-smart wearable firm's ethical approach. Furthermore, this research proposal is also of deductive nature, particularly in the analysis section where the key aspects of the value creation and sustainability transformation of the fashion industry are going to be prognosticated through the logical reasoning of the theories and empirical findings (Ghuari & Gronhaug, 2002, p.13). The theoretical part of the thesis shall be structured encompassing the existing relevant literature on (i) ethical fashion, (ii) smart wearables, (iii) fashion design, (iv) fashion creation, and (v)value creation. Online research (Database, Company websites, Blogs, and other reports) is used for this study. Analysis of the recorded data shall be the main source of information. The secondary data is also collected from the relevant literature review and usage, the academic books, international scientific journals, dissertations, and research reports, Secondary data is sourced to conduct and analyze this research
