Christ K. Nevels Case Study
Christ K. Nevels is a 10 year old minor of interest in this case. Visitation rights are proposed as follows:
1) Christ will be relocating out state (state to be pronounced later) with his mom who is the custodial parent. This is long time plans as of the almost 2 years the dad was not in the Child’s life.
2) Christ will visit his dad over spring breaks and several weeks during summer upon arrangements (based on whether he has summer school programs).
3) For this year, Christ will spend Thanksgiving week with his dad if the dad wants to. Christ will spend Christmas and New Year with his mom and, will alternate the following years.
4) Concerning all other holidays especially, with long weekends, the dad is welcomed to come visit him or buy
