CHOCOLATE

The chocolate is one of the favorite flavors that people like the most.
According to a survey that I administrated which I made in order to see what it’s the flavor that everybody likes the most, the 59.4% of the people who responded preferred chocolate, while the vanilla was only preferred by the 37.5%, 3.1% didn’t choose any of them.

Chocolate can be a healthy food. In fact, The University of Michigan even lists dark chocolate as one of the essential foods as a part of their “Healing Foods Pyramid.” In fact, they recommend 7 ounces of dark chocolate every week, or an average of 1 ounce per day (John Bottrell, The Effects of Chocolate on Asthma (or reasons to consume chocolate)). The chocolate is one of the essential foods because is also a healing food, it can help you to prevent sicknesses, as cough.

Chocolate can prevent sicknesses. One study showed that 300 mg of theobromine was effective in preventing a cough… The Hershey Company estimates that a 43 gram Hershey’s milk chocolate bar contains 9 mg of caffeine and 64 mg of theobromine.
