Chocolate Chip Cookies Business Plan
These cookies are soft, thick, bricks of chocolate chunks and buttery dough baked into a heavy, milk-loving cookie that is my most favorite chocolate chip cookie of all time.
Some ingredients you need to complete the recipe are…
8 tablespoons of salted butter
½ cup white sugar (I like to use raw cane sugar with a coarser texture)
¼ cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1½ cups all purpose flour (more as needed - see video)
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt (but I always add a little extra)
¾ cup chocolate chips (I use a combination of chocolate chips and chocolate chunks)

Once you have all your ingredients together, you want to preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Microwave the butter for about 40 seconds to just barely

Add the vanilla and the egg; beat on low speed until just incorporated - 10-15 seconds or so (if you beat the egg for too long, the cookies will be stiff).
After, add the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until crumbles form. Use your hands to press the crumbles together into a dough. It should form one large ball that is easy to handle (right at the stage between "wet" dough and "dry" dough). Add the chocolate chips and incorporate with your hands.
Lastly, roll the dough into 12 large balls (or 9 for HUGELY awesome cookies) and place on a cookie sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes until the cookies look puffy and dry and just barely golden. Warning, friends: DO NOT OVERBAKE. This advice is probably written on every cookie recipe everywhere, but this is essential for keeping the cookies soft. Take them out even if they look like they're not done yet. They'll be pale and puffy.
Let them cool on the pan for a good 30 minutes or so (I mean, okay, eat four or five but then let the rest of them cool). They will sink down and turn into these dense, buttery, soft cookies that are the best in all the land. These should stay soft for many days if kept in an airtight container. I also like to freeze

I pkg m&m baking chips. 4 tsp baking soda. Preheat oven to 350. In a very large bowl beat together butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, sugar, eggs, vanilla and corn syrup. Stir in rest of ingredients ( the last four listed ). Drop by TBSP onto cookie sheet. Bake about 12 min ( I usually do 14 my ovens a little slow ). Don't underbake them. I have gotten 95 sometimes out of this batch. Depending on the rolled oats- some brands are thicker than others. And depending on the size you make them. Flatten lightly when you place them…

Open the bag of cookies and put them all inside the Ziploc bag. Once all the cookies are in the bag, seal tightly and lay bag on a flat surface. Take the baking rolling pin and start rolling the pin over the bag until all cookies are crumbled. For the ingredients you’ll need your favorite brownie mix, soft butter to grease the pan, two eggs, ¼ cup of water and ¾ cup of vegetable oil for cookware. You’ll also need a metal or glass pan 13”x 9” and a mix bowl. Next, preheat your oven to a temperature of 350F. Grease the bottom of your glass or metal pan with the soft butter. Then put the brownie mix into the mixing bowl. Put the oil in first and mix it in with the brownie mix and stir with a spoon. Next is the egg; put the eggs in the bowl and continue stirring the mix some more. After that is the water. Put the water into the mix and stir. Keep stirring until the mix is blended well. Pour the mix into pan and spread lightly and evenly until all of the mix is in the pan. Put the pan in the oven and set the timer for 30 mins. Once the brownies finish baking, refrigerate for 15 mins or until set. Then cut into bars using a knife coated with no-stick cooking spray.…

This tasty dessert is a large chocolate-chip cookie topped with ice cream, chocolate fudge, and candied pecans. The cookie is a thick pastry that is blissful and rich. The hearty cookie is served warm, so the chocolate melts and is in pools in the cookie. The vanilla bean is creamy cold and mixes with the cookie perfectly. Coating the ice cream is savory hot fudge. Luscious and light, the fudge gives the ice cream and cookie a complete flavor. As a finishing the touch, the candied pecans have a marvelous maple flavor and give this dessert a crunch. The skillet cookie is good way to end the meal off and it will definitely fulfill a need for something sweet.…

Check for doneness with the triedandtrue toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool. While preheating your oven, prepare the dough! Combine the 2 ¼ cups of flour and 1 teaspoon of salt in to your small mixing bowl. You won’t be using these right away, just set that aside while you prepare the rest of your dough. Now grab a large mixing bowl, add 2 sticks of butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and beat the four ingredients with your hand-mixer. Once the ingredients are well mixed together, crack the eggs into the mixture, one at a time. Beat the mixture until it is blended enough. Take the small bowl of dry ingredients, and slowly add small amounts into the already blended bowl. What you will be doing is adding a little, then using the hand-mixer to blend, little by little, until the dry mix is gone. Now you have the cookie dough. But wait! You have one last step! You can’t forget the chocolate chips! I tend to add the whole bag when making this dough, but feel free to add as many as you may please! Once you have added…
