Chipotle Case Study Summary
The salmonella and E. coli outbreaks had a negative impact on the image of chipotle in consumer’s mind. They need to develop a promotional strategy to get of the rid of the image that was created by the outbreaks and ensure customers that their food is safe to eat. I think changing Chipotle’s management could help bring new concepts of promotional strategy and help increase their profit.
