The different things that could stop you communicating and working in partnership with colleagues.

The different things that could stop you communicating and working in partnership are:

Hearing Problems: People can't hear you have to look them in the face when lip reading and sign language so they can understand what you are trying to say.
Vision Problems: People can't see so you have to make sure the area is clear at all times and the lighten is right otherwise people wont be able to sense what they are doing. Hyponyms is an impairment which is when a person is blind and cant see.
Disability: Disability (I.e. Blind, death, upper limbs, lower limbs, manual dexterity,) means is when you are unable to physical and mental impairments which can affect your place of work.
Learning Difficulties: Autism is a brain disorder where people with autism see things differently to people that haven’t got autism. The other types of learning difficulties are people that have trouble learning and taking things in. People that can't read, write, pronounce words, can't spell and general vocabulary skills.
Age: Age can be a problem because you could have a group of people all around the same age and you have a new employee come into the workforce and because they are younger the other colleagues discriminated them because they are young and they don't they know what they are doing.
