• Ms. Ojeda worked as a full-time employee for UCI Hospital for two years in an office sedentary position as an Appointment Scheduler at the hospitals Call Center, before her physicians placed her off work on 10/21/2014 after the complaints of abdominal pain. Further follow-up exams and a colonoscopy revealed a Fistula in her vaginal and rectal area which she said was a cancerous tumor.

• After 10/21/2014, Ms. Ojeda received six weeks of Radiation treatments from Monday through Friday, following three months of Chemotherapy; five days a week all at Kaiser Permanente, Riverside, CA. Following the treatments about that same time, she had an Ileostomy performed to the right side of the abdomen.
