1 Q Why is WBS important project tool?
Sol: WBS manages different level of project on a single base platform. It helps the project all the levels at a time and helps the project life cycle run successfully.
2 Q what is deliverable and why is it important that WBS be deliverable oriented?
Sol: Project manager starts with the deliverables. The products manufactured in the project are called deliverables. In WBS it is deliverable oriented. Because it help the project members to identify and accomplish and helps in completion of a project.
3 Q Different between to do list and WBS?
Sol: WBS is defined as the work need to be done for a project while to do list is defined all the things to do to achieve WBS. WBS is project scope management and to do list is project time management.
4 Q Why is using consistent naming conventions for your deliverables come activities and milestones important?
Sol: Using consistent naming and conventions help us differentiate between projects. WBS is major convention tool for projects. To make it simple and easy these conventions are used.
5 Q How do you know you found appropriate level of detail in your WBS? Why is finding the right level is important?
