Characteristics Of Manuel Carbajo
Introduction
Being a leader can be difficult, yet very rewarding. There are many individuals in this world that are leaders and many that are managers. Leaders differentiate themselves from managers by going the extra mile to make sure the people surrounding them excel and improve. I know many individuals whom can lead but very few care for their employees. To understand what it takes to be a leader and the qualities surrounding a leader one must examine an individual they admire.
A few years ago, my family began remodeling the inside of our home. We hired an independent contractor who we had known through mutual friends. The contractor, Manuel Carbajo, was extremely professional and hard working. After our remodeling was done, my family continued to keep in touch with Mr. Carbajo. Soon he became someone my family considered a great friend. What stood out to me about Mr. Carbajo is his tenacity, leadership ability, and teamwork skills. When he worked our home, I was able to see first hand how he leads and accomplishes a job. He always seemed to be inspiring and made me want to go out and

Carbajo in love. The reason being is that I do not really know him on a personal level to know how forgiving or generous he is. I left some ratings as a one because I was unsure where to rate love attributes on the scale from one to seven. Nonetheless, I do believe he was compassionate with this team and always made sure the team agreed on something before taking a step forward. His second lowest score was organizer, which I saw he needed to improve on. For instance, Mr. Carbajo did not carry around a notebook to take notes to give a price on the tasks within our home and he called a day later to ask to see the house again since he had forgotten the details of some rooms. Overall, the initial test based on my knowledge confirmed my ideas of his charismatic leadership
