Characteristics Of A Non Commissioned Officer
Mr. Rosado I whole-heartedly agree with the majority of your points of view that you have stated in your discussion board. I too, as a Non Commissioned Officer, took on many numerous additional tasks as well as additional soldiers to lead, due to my work ethic and personal moral beliefs that reflected the United States Army’s ethos. In addition, during my time as a NCO I continued to be assigned higher and higher positions and levels of responsibility. However, that was only under certain commanders, but the majority of commanders that I have had the fortune to serve.
The other commanders, I am not sure where they came from or how they received their commissioning. It seems to be that as the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq progressed in

    It is very important to respond to Non Commission Officers because they are the back bone of the marine corps and there would be no marine corps if it wasnt for the non comission officers. I have been tought everything i know about the marine corps from ncos . Also ncos have the hardest jobs in the marine corps ,like being a drill instructor or a squad leader. They also have to be the best leaders and the most inform about any situation. Most of the time ncos know more than officers do.
