Character Analysis Arthur Radley

Arthur Radley, also known as "Boo" Radley, stays in his home all day. He seems isolated from the rest of the town. No one really knows much about boo. But in reality, boo is different than people think. As I looked out the window, I could see the kids, running and playing. It was hard to see over the glare coming through the shades on my left. I had almost lost count of the times I had watched these kids play. I see them come home everyday, after school. Scout was the kid that caught my interest. Scout was intelligent, and smart. She was not like most girls, she played with and like the boys. She was tough, tough enough, like her brother, Gem and Dill. Thats probably where she got it from. Dill and Gem are tough kids, and sometimes girls grow up in that environment. Also, her father is taking care of her, and she didn't have a mother, so she didn't grow up with another female example. I knew that she was special and I had heard that she was an intelligent young lady.

I was walking around the town, when I heard screaming and yelling. A ran over, and saw Bob Ewell, attacking Scout and Jem. It looked like a bear fighting two deer. I had to do something, Bob had gotten away with to much in this town. I ran over and pulled Bob away from the children, and I saw them run back to their house. Bob and I struggled at a fight for a while, but then, a took my knife, and stabbed him. This had restored balance in this racist town, where unfairness and racism lurks. The kids were safe, and Bob was dead. To the rest of the town, Bob had fallen on his own knife, but I knew the truth. Bow Ewell had taken the life of an innocent young man named Tom, who was killed for a crime that he committed. This is why I stay inside, because of this miss that goes on outside. I think Scout and her family know it was me, but Heck Tate lets me off, saying Bob fell on his own
