Character Analysis Abigail In The Crucible
Right at the beginning Abigail is proven to be untrustworthy and sinful, right when it is revealed that she has had a affair with a married man John Proctor. When the thought of witchcraft first comes about, Abigail and John meet up and Abigail confesses that she loves Him(John),then begs him to leave his wife, Elizabeth. Though John tries to tell her no its obvious that she's not going to leave him alone anytime soon.This gives the reader a glimpse of Abigail’s truly is hateful, selfish and she doesn’t care for much or anyone. Even though she is very evil there is one person that attempted to reverse her doing and trying to help innocent people to save those accused of being a witch.
