1. Why are people willing to take the risks of entrepreneurship?
People are willing to take the risks of entrepreneurship because it allows them freedoms and many opportunities that they feel are worth the risks involved. Many are finding that the corporate world is just as risk involved these days as owning their own business, since it is becoming more and more common to see hard working and long term employees being fired when times got hard.
2. What are the advantages of entrepreneurial teams?
An entrepreneurial team is a group of people from different areas of business expertise who join together to form a management team with the skills needed to develop, create and market a new product together. This allows many people to combine their creative skills and also benefit together.
3. How do micropreneurs differ from other entrepreneurs?
Micropreneurs is a term generally used to describe people who run home based businesses and tend to keep an even balance between work and home. Now with new technologies such as internet allows a home company to reach a larger audience.
4. What is intrapreneuring?
Intrapreneuring is when a person from a large corporation takes direct responsibility for an idea or project.
5. Do you have the entrepreneurial spirit? What makes you think that?
I believe I have the entrepreneurial spirit because I am extremely determined to succeed in my chosen field. I have been working at it for many years and am excited with every semester that I get closer to actually participate in what I am passionate about most.
6. What are some opportunities and risks of web-based businesses?
Some opportunities of the web-based business is reaching a very large market, but also a problem may be reaching that market in an affordable manner. With prices of shipping varying on many items, it’s important to research the cost of shipping and choose the most affordable and practical option for your business.
