Summary, Conclusion and Recommendation
This chapter deals with the summary of findings, conclusion and recommendation to the present study based from the perception of the respondents. The conclusions given were drawn from the outcomes of the research and observations in the improvement of the 3rd Island Cove Resort of respondents which composed of guest in the resort and people who live nearby in the resort. Moreover, recommendations were base from the findings and conclusion of the study.
Summary of Findings
After conducting the study “Challenges of 3rd Island Cove Resort as a basis for Improvement” the researchers have come up with the following findings.
1. General Profile of the Respondents
1.1 Age. The majority of the respondents belonged to the 41-50 age bracket.
1.2 Gender. Male respondents dominated the group
1.3 Occupation. Majority of the respondents were employed.
1.4 Nationality. Majority of the respondents were Filipino.
2. Assessment of the Respondents
2.1 Amenities and Facilities.
The respondents from San Juan, Batangas were satisfied with the Amenities and Facilities of 3rd Island cove resort and rated it Very Good, the respondents were especially happy with the excellent air-conditioned facilities within the resort.
2.2 Accommodation.
The respondents from San Juan, Batangas were delighted with the Accommodation of 3rd Island cove resort and rated it Very good, the respondents were especially happy with the 24 hour electricity and water supply.
3. Challenges experienced by the Respondents
3.1 Amenities and Facilities.
Majority of the respondents in San Juan Batangas disagrees with the challenges they have experienced in the resort in San Juan, Batangas in terms of Amenities and Facilities. However the respondents agrees the there is a lack of security within the facilities (e.g. CCTV were situated in limited areas only), while some minimally agree that there were still jellyfish attacking resorts guest despite sea
