Legal gambling sets the stage for illegal gambling just the way legal marijuana would set the stage for illegal marijuana trafficking” (CNBC,2012). The author from Christian Science Monitor also points out that the government says” legalixing marijuana will end the drug war in Mexico” (Monitor’s Editorial Board,2009).
