Introduction
A current trend and a necessity among establishments these days is to use automated or one-manned system. Others are using new entities for government grant purposes, asset protection purposes or profit monitoring purposes. This proposal focuses on the registration, file maintenance and account management that will help the establishment to keep things organize and to make their work as easy as possible.
BACKGROUND OF THE
STUDY
Catbangen Central School is the biggest of the
10 complete elementary schools of the 2nd
District of the City Schools Division of San
Fernando City. A pioneer class was established in 1952 which was held at a rented house for the third grade students. The nest school year
(1953-1954), a complete elementary grade was put up. As years went by, the school continued to grow in population creating extension classes.
BACKGROUND OF THE
STUDY
The school was highly recognized by DepEd officials when it won the Regional Most
Effective School in 1995 so it eventually represented Region 1 in the search for the
National Effective Schools in the Philippines.
The latest recognition of the school is being the 2nd Best Implementer of Brigada Eskwela
2014.
BACKGROUND OF THE
STUDY
As of date, the school has an approximately 2300 students and still counting. Even though the whole school faculty works together, the digit is quite overwhelming. Due to the size of Catbangen Central’s population, this study will help the school regarding enrollment processes and management. The proposal aims to benefit the school in their enrollment processes such as maintaining the files, registering the students and for the system itself.
