I was able to attend the seminar last Friday, July 12, 2013 (8:00a.m.-12:00 noon) at De La Salle-college of Saint Benilde. They invited three guest speakers two of them graduated at Saint Paul University namely Ms. Helen Reyes(General Manager, Galing kalikasan, Inc.) has the topic of Social Media Gets Integrated and Ms. Melanie Guerero(Marketing Manager, JobsDB Phils. Inc.) Has the topic of Hottest Trends on Marketing Careers (Companies Look to Hire more Inbound Marketing Talent)and one speaker named Ms. Ria Lu (President, Komikasi Games and Entertainment)who presented the topic: Marketing Gets Gamified. This is the things that Ms. Helen Reyes discusses to us: social enterprise is a business with a social mission, behavioral problem people are not aware of toxics that may have in some products. Community market this is customer communication. Social marketing is the vision and mission must connect to your objective and purposes. Meaning of COMMUNITY, C is for communication, O is for Organic, M is for monitored, M is for maintaining relation, U is for understanding, N is for network of tribe, I for identities, T is for trust, and Y is for yield. Ms. Ria Lu discuss us about gamification according to Ms. Ria gamification is a cheaper, longer engagement, shared engagement, measurable, participation and also loyalty. Traditional marketing finds to convert to keep while digital marketing find going directly to keep. Gamification also a making games out of an ordinary process. Lastly Ms. Melanie discusses to us the inbound marketing. This is the things that I remember in our seminar last Friday. This seminar helps us to gain more ideas related to our marketing courses. It gives me more information because of the productive speakers because they base it through to their experiences and Ms. Helen Reyes also introduces to us their product that they sell and the product that they sell
