Change is a big topic. When you search on Google, you can get 4,170,000,000 results, and the records are increasing, because changes are happening at everywhere and anytime. Recently, the topic of organization change management has become more controversial. Because most of the business people have realized the significant effects of change to their organizations, and change is unavoidable in this dynamic environment (Harvey & Brown, 2001).
