Change for Change’s Sake
The wrold is constantly changing,the business environment change continous same,company have to make organizational change, It is of course necessary,but “change for change`s sake”might want to consider the necessity.usually,many members within an organization are constantly changing, that require the organization to change along with them,this change can making more creative,more innovation idea,brackthrough and update the organization power up. through the studying of this course, we understand how important it is to continue to seek change, sometimes,although this change can not understanded by some peoples,although this change exist some risks,but change countinous is necessary.usually, when a company has 5% advantages have an opportunity to win in the competition,for advantage keeping,innovation activity or change organizational power changing is necessory. Sometimes,10% action and change is more important than the 100% extension of the change,so we must make some changes due to environment change in time, even if there are some temporary side effects or risks.but,this does not not mean “change for chang`s sake” just.we need breakthrough & innovation activity. Through this course,I will pay more attention to some organization or team change activity that adapt to environment shifting,think necessity & association,find more innovation idea,make more change activity and choice better change method just in time.
