Challenges of Writing a Paper
The challenges that a writer may have to face when writing a paper is keeping the audience

interested in what it is they are saying. Making sure that you are focused on what your topic is and

having all your necessary resources available to back up what it is you are saying in your message.

Another challenge that a writer may face is keeping in line with the structure of your pager.

The structure of a paper should consist of your topic sentence, your body and the concluding sentence.

These three factors can play a major role in how your paper will flow which can impact the

effectiveness of your paper.

The last challenge that a writer may face when writing a paper is time. When you are writing

any type of paper whether it is an essay or thesis paper, you have to make sure that your time is

managed so that you do not wait until the last minute to work on your paper so it can be turn in at the

appropriate time. Setting aside any time for your studies can be challenging, but one you get in to the

routine of doing it you will be able to see the difference with how well you perform with your

academics and your grades.

The strategies that I will use to overcome the challenges of writing a paper would be allowing

myself the proper time for my studies. In order to have an effective paper it takes time, patience and

practice. With knowing my strengths as well as my weakness, it will allow me to focus on certain

areas first that way I will have more time for those weak areas.

What I mean by that is making sure I have my topic for my paper, resources, do my rough draft

revise then edit my paper along with having the proper punctuation and grammar. Being able to

manage my time is important when doing any academics and being able to utilize the resources that is

provided through Axia such as the Center for Writing Excellence is a great tool that I plan to use

throughout my time in college.

I used several methods and modes to develop my paper. First, I started out with a directed introduction and strong thesis statement, followed by an outline of three specific areas I would explore in the paper. Finally, I concluded my paper by drawing all the elements together and summarizing my overarching message.…

In school, we have been required to write many papers on many different subjects, some being timed and others not. Writing has never been something that has come easy to me, especially when put on the spot and told to write a paper in a certain amount of hours.
