Definition Sustainability ihas found its way into tourism industry. Since hospitality is an inevitable “byproduct” of toursim activity, increasingly more attention is being directed towards ensuring sustainable future of hospitality industry as well. The majority of research that touches upon sustainability, explicitly focuses on sustainable development, as reaching sustainability is grasped as an ongoing process (e.g. Middleton and Hawkins, 1998; Houdé, 2008).
