Challenge Group Speech
I’ve mentioned a couple times here, that I’ve been participating in the 21day fix challenge group, which is a Beach body program with workouts and nutritional guidelines. Because I really enjoyed the program and the challenge group I participated in I want to share my experience with you and invite you to healthy journey with me!
I started it as experimental. I like to try something new. I did not expect that I could lose weight. I was going to the gym and was eating healthy how I thought, but my weight was the same. I worked out and did not see my ABS changing. I thought that the reason is my 2 pregnancies and my age -nothing can help me to have nice ABS. I could not think that I would able to wear skinny jeans. It was for skinny and young

When you join Beach body you have the option of having a coach and participating in their challenge for free. The challenge group is set up as a closed Facebook group and you check in each day with how you did on nutrition and workouts, as well as other things like share goals, recipes, encouragement, e.t.c. It was checking in with the group every day, as well as getting assigned a success soul mate. I really like it because that motivated me to stay on track with the program. I enjoy teammates in this group. They are such a nice person. I loved that I felt like we were in this as a group and I loved being able to encourage others and also reach out when I needed help and encouragement as well.
Price
Personally, I save my money. I shop in the food store with the list, which the program recommends. I stop buying extra food which really not need. I use portions of this program do not eat more than my body needed. I stop eating out because I start to think what I eat, how much and how it was prepared. Here is saving too. Moreover, my portions became smaller. One meal replaces with Shake which is quick and healthy. Here if to split the price of Shake per day comes just $4. Does not cost more than a coffee shop, but a lot of benefits for me. I stop my gym membership too.
P.s. When you enjoy so much something you want to share is with people. That is why I decide to give my review and I really happy to help you to lose weight and enjoy challenge group if you decide to try it with me. I have great experience and still

Phil bravely states that he will not tell me what I want to hear; he seems to revel in his “I call it as I see it; I will tell you the truth” philosophy. Effective weight control will never be “quick and easy”, but that is “doable”. His book espouses a philosophy that is brilliant in its simplicity. He includes a wealth of self-analysis in the form of assessments, timelines, goal setting, readiness profiles and action plans. His book incorporates concrete details for daily planning and food action plans, which include a specific system of meal planning that is widely used by dietitians and health organizations. He describes a divided-plate system for meal planning: ¼ protein, ¼ starch, and ½ low-calorie, high-fiber plant-based food—fruits and vegetables.…

I feel I will be able to overcome these obstacles by planning ahead and making schedules. I will make a monthly calendar that will list what I will be doing that day and at what time.
