Causes Of Edgar Allan Poe's Death

Edgar Allan Poe, a famous writer and poet who wrote hundreds of poems and books, was found dead in a ditch dead on October 7th, 1849. Though his death is mysterious, evidence shows that he most likely died from rabies. Two clues that stand out is that in the 1800's Rabie shots weren't invented yet and he also had symptoms of rabies. Many people argue about Poe's death, but no one is absolutely sure how he died.
