We have cultivated professionalism and first rate customer service for all staff, especially for the front of the house employees, because they are the ones who come into direct contact with our customers. The host staff is the first faces they see when they arrive, and they should be smiling and inviting. Then the servers should be knowledgeable about the menu and courteous to our guests at all times. Honesty is valued, and high ethical values and behaviors are expected and noticed. We promote from within, so having these qualities increases your chances greatly. The scheduling manager considers all requests for days and time off; however, employees must understand not all requests can be honored. Always respect and help each other, because while a server is there to take care of their sections, we are still one team and have to help each other out. It makes all of our jobs so much easier when we learn that teamwork helps us get done
