i) K = 6 (select the number of clusters to be 6) ii) Bid on the following Clusters, Cluster1, Cluster5 and Cluster6 – Cluster 1 has large monthly searches, Cluster5 is competitor (Smarty had a party) website (trying to lure competitor customers to your website) and Cluster6 is high competition

Answer the following questions,
a) Provide the cluster Means and cluster standard deviations.

b) Interpret Cluster1, Cluster5 and Cluster 6 based on the means
Cluster 1: This cluster has 2 words in it according to the cluster summary. The average competition is low at just .46, while the average amount of monthly searches is high at 22,000. Furthermore the CPC is $0.94, which is the second lowest among the clusters.

Cluster 5: This cluster has 4 words in it according to the cluster summary. The average competition is low at just .4075, while the average amount of monthly searches is pretty high at 4,403. Furthermore the CPC is $0.52, which is the lowest among the clusters.

Cluster 6: This cluster has 437 words in it according to the cluster summary. The average competition is high at .9654, while the average amount of monthly searches is relatively low at 203.82. Furthermore the CPC is $1.06, which is the second highest among the clusters.

    Retirement plans represent a unique opportunity to divert a portion of income into tax-deferred accounts. This report looks at hypothetical sample data from 194 couples with the aim of gaining a deeper understanding of what characteristics affect this group’s tendency to invest or not invest in retirement plans. First, basic tests were performed on provided data to examine if the given characteristics were related to the amount invested in retirement plans. We found moderate relationships between several characteristics that warranted further examination. Various additional tests and graphical analysis were performed in order to ascertain the relationship between individual characteristics, as well as groups of characteristics, and the percentage of income invested in retirement plans.
