Case Study Willen's Wellness
The factors that contribute to Willow’s wellness and supports her healthy living is that she does try to find the time to be active. She manages to walk to the yoga studio 15-minutes away and goes once a week for 60-minutes. It focuses on flexibility and promotes relaxation whilst allowing her to socialize with the friends that she goes with. She also jogs by herself for 30-minutes, twice a week, in the mornings before her daughter wakes up. This allows her to be away from home, clear her mind of all her stresses and promotes good mental and physical health.
List the steps you will take to achieve this goal.
I would suggest that Willow continue to go to her early morning jogs and yoga classes. Next, I would suggest that she do research on
