The San Bernardino County houses several public and private health education and promotion programs. There are several ways the county advertise for health promotion and education, which includes, television channels, billboards, bus top panels, radio station, and public service announcements. Topics advertised includes immunization, use of cellular phones while driving, driving under the influence (DUI), and anti-littering. Lack of health promotion and educational support can cause harm to residents and often leads to refusal of care. The county adopted and implemented the first5 San Bernardino program (Figure 6).
