Case Study: Quicktrip
You made some really good points in your assessment of QuickTrip. In reviewing the hiring practices of QuickTrip, it seems that they mainly focus on the qualities of a potential employee followed by, extensive training. I think this company has done an excellent job in training their employees because according to their customers they are seeing the positive interaction between the QuckTrip employees it promotes a good image of the company.
