Case Study Of Swabhiman Program
Ram selected as an MSR in Lifestyle through Swabhiman program, is happy and eagerly waiting to join office today. He is getting ready to reach store at the earliest.
Ram reports to the Store and concept Manager Introduced Ram to The Team. He felt happy to part of the organization .Navin( Concept Manager) assigned him the task of an MSR and he is ready to do his work along with other MSR‘s, His team members are discussing the deadline, new arrivals , out stock and upcoming Season Sale.Ram tries to Interact with others and they are ignoring him.
Scene 1: Alex (MSR1):Hey , How can we communicate with him?
Rahul: But How? I don’t Know, Let him do his task, But ….(Thinking ) he is our colleague , We should do some help . Alex: Why we need to waste our time? Let’s do our task. Even If he failed to complete his task, he will get some privileges.

They ignored Ram and start their work, Ram looks desperate and sad he understands that his colleagues are ignoring him.
Concept manager is noticing the discussion and he decided to teach them a lesson.
Concept Manager ( Navin): Hi all, Every one Please assemble in the garden area of our mall immediately,
Alex , Rahul Please Communicate the message to everyone.
SCENARIO 1
Scene 2:
The entire team assembled in the Garden Area. Employees are murmuring, laughing at each other and some seems confused and staring at Ram.
Rahul: What’s happening?
Tony: Don’t Know, Some meeting it seems.
Alex: But why in Garden Area?
They start Laughing and start making fun of Ram.
Navin came immediately; he was holding 2 pots, a crack pot and a perfect pot.
