Case Study Of Patient Financial Services Employee
On Thursday, 09/29/2016 at approximately 2045 hours, Patient Financial Services employee, Isamarie Aymat was registering a White female in the E.D. triage desk when the individual began screaming and being disruptive in the lobby. Security Supervisor Steven Evans was in the E.D. Security Office, I responded immediately, verbally instructing the individual to calm down. I assisted PFS, Aymat to register the patient who was later identified as Jessica Rogers (DOB: 10/18/1989). The patient was seen by Nurse, Tony Rusiana in the E.D triage #1, she was uncooperative and yelling because of excessive pain due to a dog bite in the right chest area.
