NXT is praised for its simplistic booking and match structure; this match is a prime example of that. Joe punished Balor the entire match as if he was trying to exorcise the frustration that had built towards his former friend over the last few months. Balor did his best to survive the onslaught and in the end he did thus proving that even on his worst day he is the best that NXT has to offer.
