As proper guidance was available with me so it was my responsibility to understand each and every aspect of the project within a given time and start off with its experimental design, specimen fabrication, collecting the relevant technical facts,planning project report preparation, problem analysis, optimization etc is concerned. 4. Operations Performed at the assembly stage –

a. Apply bond on its 3-4 thread and make sure that bond does not close the hole of Oil Pressure Switch.
b. Manually tighten its 1-2 threads by hands.
c. Tighten it by torque wrench (QSP50N) until tick sound generates.
d. Another person checks it visually and put a mark via permanent marker on it.

5.Other Details

No. of threads in oil pressure switch = 9
No. of rotation of switch required = 9
Rotation caused by hand tightening = 1-2
Rotation required with torque wrench = 7-8
Motion of torque wrench at one manual stroke =120 degrees
Therefore no. of manual strokes required = (7-8)*3=
