I was told there is one urgent care clinic;however, there was a name change for HCMC Emergency Express; the new clinic name is HCMC Urgent Care. Both clinics are active in Provider Base. Can you reach out to your contact person and request an name change form from HCMC, so we can make the necessary updates to Provider Base.
