Case Study: Cedar Court Apartments
On February 14, 2016, at 2101 hours, I responded to C-8 of the Cedar Court Apartments, located at 1115 White Horse Pike for a report of harassment by phone.
Upon my arrival, I met with the caller, Ms. Antoinette M. Barnett. She related a short time ago, she was speaking with her ex-girlfriend Kira Jewell over the phone. While doing so, Kira’s new girlfriend, Caren Lamoureaux who was with Kira, yelled in the background that she was going to cut Antoinette’s throat for talking with Kira. Antoinette and Kira are friends, and there has never been a dating relationship between Caren and Annotate.
On inquiry, Annotate related that she did not wish to sign criminal charges in this case. Antoinette requested that I speak with Caren, and inform her
