Currently the average cost for a four year tuition in college is $32,000 He would like to make tuition free at public and universities colleges, which can help student graduate with less debt.In addiction he is considering cutting the instest rate on student loan for private college. As of 2012 an average senior graduate college with higher loan amount of nearly $30,000, leaving them in the debt before starting a career.
