Case Study At Västerhaninge
I will share an apartment with my four friends in a place called Västerhaninge. It’s a condominium and the price of the apartment is 1 495000 Sek which will be 299 000 Sek per each person. The price of the apartment will probably rise 15 % which gives the price 1 719250 and results in 343 850 Sek per person. The electricity plus the housing will cost 996 Sek each month per person. After I graduate I want to study to a criminologist at “Kriminologiska institutionen” in Stockholm. I study from monday to friday and work at a private shop every weekends for 8 hours. According to handels.se the lowest salary for a 19-year-old is 118:91 kr/h, then my income every month will be around 7610 before tax depending on inconvenient time etc. Skatteverket states that if your salary is more than 18 739 (2016) you need to pay tax. That's a problem, in stockholm a sl card is very expensive. There is an offer for students, which makes it less expensive but still quite much, however the card coast 560 for students each month.

I will only spend 200 Sek on hygiene products, because it’s not that expensive unless it’s not shampoo which last for a long time. When it comes to clothes, there is not that much money left and since I have a lot of clothes, I decided to spend 800 kr each month on clothes.

Workout is important for me, I want to be able to workout but a gym card is very expensive. According to “haninge kommun” there is a free outdoor gym in västerhaninge where It’s perfect to exercise in the spring and summer.

Concluding:
My salary after tax will be around 5490 Sek (6048-557), the loan and the contribution will be 4126 Sek (49 520/12), totally will my income be 9616 Sek. My expenses is the electricity, interest cost, mortgage, food, travelcard, enjoyments, hygiene products and clothes, together will it be around 8720
