As planned visit to Alan at Newlands Nursing Home with Doctor, Cpn, Dietitian nursing home staff and student nurse for a review.
PHYSICAL: - Alan was lying on bed watching television in his room; he was alert and responded to conversation. Tracey (wife) reported Alan does not complain to anyone when asked if he is in pain but he said to her that he is in pain in his tummy and also the PEG area was sored. Tracey said she mentioned it to the nurse but she was not happy with the response of the nursing staff. Tracey also complained about Alan grinding moving teeth that it is more than tooth decay, which he need to, sees the dentist.
Doctor suggested air bed; the district nurse needs to be contacted to bring the mattress. He needs a physiotherapy
