• Aflac is ranked as world’s most ethical company for 8 consecutive years by ethisphere institute. Customers look forward to Aflac because it keeps its priority is customers’ needs than its own greed.

Negative perception
• It has been reported that Aflac Incorporated used to indulge in unethical practices for recruiting their employees. Not only recruiting, but also following unethical practice to pay its employees their salary.
• There was a scam reported in which the people who need job used to get a phone call telling them that they have been selected for the interview round of the company. They were shown
